LAST GAS – Choreographer
Shadowland Playhouse – Ellenville, NY – contributed choreography to the regional premiere of this new play by John Cariani.


White Plains Performing Arts Center, White Plains, NY – Directed and Choreographed the regional premiere of this new musical play, composed by recording legend, Terry Cashman.


FIXING FRANKIE – Director, Book and Lyrics
29 hour staged reading of this new musical play by Mr. Langworth and Steve Marzullo.

PAULO SZOT in concert at 54 Below and The Festival dei Due Mondi 56 – Director
Working alongside Mr. Szot and musical director Matthew Aucoin, responsibilities included conceiving, scripting and staging this new work. The concert was critically acclaimed in both Europe and the Unites States. *BroadwayWorld Award nominee for Best Director of a cabaret*

SUNY New Paltz, Professor – School of the Arts
Course load included: Intro to Acting, Voice for the Musical Theatre I and II, Musical Theatre History, Choreography for Musical Theatre, Tap dance, Jazz dance and Ballet. Directing/Choreography: The Producers, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Rent and Oklahoma!.


LAURA OSNES at Café Carlyle – Director
Working alongside Ms. Osnes and musical director Fred Lassen, responsibilities included conceiving, scripting and staging this Broadway star’s cabaret debut. Critically acclaimed, the two week engagement culminated in a recording available on Broadway Records.


SUNY Ulster, adjunct professor – “American Musical Theatre”
Lecturer for this look back at the history of the American Musical Theatre: its contribution to the growth and change in our country and how our socio-economic history directly influenced what was being produced on Broadway at any given time.


LOVING YOU an evening with Matt Cavenaugh and Jenny Powers – Director
Alongside this Broadway couple, Mr. Langworth co-conceived and scripted this evening of contemporary tunes and Broadway standards; performed at Birdland and Feinstein’s in NYC.


SOUTH PACIFIC – Choreographer
Choreographer of the 2011/2012 National tour, re-creating original choreography from the Lincoln Center Theater’s Tony Award winning production.


MR. JOY – Choreographer/Associate Director
A new play by acclaimed playwright Daniel Beaty. Responsibilities included creative development, direction, dramaturgy and musical staging for the premiere of this vibrant and current one man show, set in modern day Harlem.


THE HOLY ROSENBERGS – Associate Director
Creative associate for the NYC staged reading of this new play. Responsibilities included helping to develop story arc, characters and language within the play which was originally produced at the National Theatre in London. Sheryl Kaller, director.


CUT SHORT – Choreographer
An original contemporary jazz dance piece, commissioned by the SUNY Geneseo Dance Ensemble.


ACE (NYC workshop of a new musical play) – Associate Director
In this development phase, responsibilities included working with writers, composers, technical designers, actors and stage management in guiding this musical piece towards an anticipated Broadway production. Sheryl Kaller, director.


DANGEROUS BEAUTY – Associate Director
Creative associate for this new musical which premiered at the Pasadena Playhouse. Responsibilities included dramaturgy, staging scenes and overseeing creative contributions including lighting, sound, script, musical score and choreography. Sheryl Kaller, director and Benoit Swan Pouffer, choreographer.


NEXT FALL (Broadway/Off-Broadway) – Associate Director
Responsibilities include providing creative and managerial support to the director, teaching assigned roles to understudies and maintaining the production throughout its run.

THE WHO’S TOMMY – Choreographer
Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, Kent Gash, director.


SUNY Geneseo, Lecturer – School of the Arts
As a full-time University employee, responsibilities included teaching Tap Dance I, Musical Theatre Dance II and Jazz Dance II.
Conducted weekly office hours, created course syllabi and graded assigned projects.
Choreographed 2 student performed dances for the Geneseo Dance Ensemble.
Served as faculty advisor for the campus’ largest student group, the dance organization Orchesis.

2008 – 2011

Lincoln Center Theatre’s SOUTH PACIFIC (Broadway/National Tour/Barbican Centre, London) – Associate Choreographer
Creative consultant and supervisor for the Lincoln Center Theater’s Broadway revival which garnered 7 Tony Awards. Choreographer of the 2011 National Tour, re-creating the production’s original choreography.

Telsey + Company, Associate Casting Director
Casting associate for Broadway, off-Broadway and touring productions such as South Pacific, In The Heights and Rent. Also contributed ideas for commercials, television and film projects, including the film version of Sex and the City. Other responsibilities included generating casting ideas, creating schedules and maintaining files for assigned productions and communicating with directors, choreographers, producers and talent agents.
